All alcohol orders are processed and fulfilled by licensed third-party retailers on the Bottle Nexus network. The checkout functionality is provided solely for the convenience of our consumers

All Alcohol Sales Are Final:

Due to the nature of alcohol products and legal regulations, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on any alcohol purchases. Once an order is placed and the transaction is completed, the sale is considered final.

Merchandise Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges if the incorrect size or color is ordered, or in the case of buyer's remorse, as each item is made to order.

We only offer refunds or replacements if the items have been damaged or lost, or there has been a manufacturing error. You must submit photo evidence showing the issue within 30 days of receiving the item delivery.
