Honestly, we just got tired of the hype. We saw too many incredible barrels sitting forgotten in rickhouses while everyone fought over the same three labels. All Casks exists for one reason: cut the BS and get good whiskey into the glasses of people who actually want to drink it.

Everywhere we looked, bottles were being hyped for the wrong reasons—reviews that meant nothing to the person watching, scarcity theater, inflated secondary prices, and endless trend chasing. Very little of it helped you understand whether you’d actually like a bottle, as opposed to whether you were supposed to like it. Meanwhile, some of the best barrels we’d ever tasted were quietly sitting on rickhouse floors of underrated distilleries, unknown to the people who would enjoy them most.

So we decided to build something different.

All Casks is about choice. Not chasing every bottle—choosing the right ones. The barrels we’d buy again. The pours we’d proudly share with friends. The bottles we’d gift without hesitation.

We don’t review whiskey to sound smart. We review it to answer one question:

What would we actually do with this bottle?

That philosophy became the foundation of All Casks.
